Groove Experience I called Groove Ford and told them how much I was willing to pay for a specific vehicle that I wanted to purchase. Within a short amount of time I got I called Groove Ford and told them how much I was willing to pay for a specific vehicle that I wanted to purchase. Within a short amount of time I got a call back from Tim B. who said they would love to earn my business and accepted my offer. I was unable to break away from work so the next business day Tim drove over 1.5 hrs to bring me my contract paperwork to sign. What Tim did went above and beyond the standard for customer service. He has set the bar high for others to meet. Once the vehicle arrived my wife and I drove up to Groove Ford and we were in and out in about an hour thanks to the excellent work from Scotty G. in finance. Finally, Brian J. was able to give us a great overview of our new vehicle. I thought I did all my research and knew my stuff but he was able to show us a ton of things I had no idea about.
