I have bought all but two of my vehicles for the past 50 years from this facility. The past several, I have worked with Craig Kyer. When I bought the most recent truck, Craig was not only very knowledgeable years from this facility. The past several, I have worked with Craig Kyer. When I bought the most recent truck, Craig was not only very knowledgeable about market conditions, but exceptionally focused on making the process simple and seamless for me. Given a very recent personal tragedy in my life, that kind of sensitivity was very appreciated. I do not dicker, if I don’t like a price I move on. Craig always gives his best price right off the bat. We understand each other. Even with the change of ownership, the spirit is still the same and I will continue to patronize Greenwich Ford and Craig Kyer. Thanks for the nice red F-350 and plow. More
This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle, and I have purchased 4 in the last year alone. We had been looking for a specific type of vehicle for our business and one day while drivin vehicle, and I have purchased 4 in the last year alone. We had been looking for a specific type of vehicle for our business and one day while driving by we spotted it on the lot. Put a deposit down, it was a Saturday, and on Monday I called to try and get financing going. For 3 days I called, emailed, filled out the forms, and they said they couldn't get us financing. So I got financing on my own without any problem and we scheduled an appointment to pick up the vehicle in 2 days. It took over 2 hours for them to complete the paperwork after we signed everything, bringing them a check for the full amount, there wasn't even financing to process!!! Then as I am reconciling accounts they never applied the $1000 deposit we made to the purchase. They could not just credit our credit card, we had to drive almost an hour back over there to physically give them the card to get our money back. We purchased the vehicle April 15th and now it is June 27th and we still don't have our permanent plates. Temp plates have run out, I have emailed and asked for information over a week ago and still have not heard from anyone. More

After making a "VIP" appointment and being offered *at least 2,000* over kelly blue book, I drove 90 minutes with the expressed purpose of trading in my vehicle and test driving and hopefully purchasing o least 2,000* over kelly blue book, I drove 90 minutes with the expressed purpose of trading in my vehicle and test driving and hopefully purchasing on new Ford Bronco. From the moment I entered the dealership I was treated like an annoyance. After inspecting my vehicle and "talking to the manger" an hour later the salesperson, Jay, wouldn't even name a trade in number. A complete and total waste of my afternoon. This is clearly a dealership that will use deceptive marketing practices to get you in the door and doesn't care about much else. Buyer beware. More
