In waiting area was harassed by a Kia salesman that went down the line of waiting customers , to trade my van , Ridiculous ! Made the dealership look desperate for sales ! Then I was rushed at checkout to sign paperwork by window clerk - she had someone on the phone so apparently I was not supposed to read before I signed. Only redeeming factor of this visit was my service advisor (excellent and very cool) At checkout I asked should my van have been washed ( I spent $600 ) a nice guy there got me a carwash flier to go get a carwash. At least 2 out of four people that work there at Kia are good at customer service ! More
