I recently visited Greenway Kia East for an oil change, and while the service was quick (almost 2 hours) and the staff was friendly, I had an issue with one of the salespeople. They were persistent in tryi and while the service was quick (almost 2 hours) and the staff was friendly, I had an issue with one of the salespeople. They were persistent in trying to get me to trade in my vehicle or upgrade, even asking about my payment details. It made me uncomfortable and took away from the overall positive experience. However, the oil change itself was done efficiently, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting area. I’d return for service, but I hope the sales pressure is toned down in the future. More
