Customer service was horrible: Rude attitude, Nothing but excuses, Wouldn’t give updates on the status of the car, Gave general answers to my questions, Was very slow. I went there because my engine light excuses, Wouldn’t give updates on the status of the car, Gave general answers to my questions, Was very slow. I went there because my engine light was on. I made an appointment for 845 and didn’t leave until 1225. The estimated time was an hour and a half. As I asked for updates, they kept saying they had a lot of appointments currently, a lot of cars in the lot, and that my car at the two hour mark was not even seen yet. The reason for the engine light was that the gas cap needed to be replaced. The fuel door no longer has a fuel door actuator so I have to open it manually; I cannot push the fuel door (allowing the actuator to open the door) to open the door. More
