Where do I start? The first salesman assigned or that was taking care of us had a heavy energy and insisted in selling us used cars instead a new one like we wanted. We requested a salesman change and the kid that was taking care of us took his time to listen to our needs and wants. Finally a vehicle was purchased but this people won’t give any kind of complimentary gifts for your purchase or nothing at all. When I asked about free gifts I was able to get window tinting in only my 2 front windows. SMH The salesman (aka the kid) said that he was going to make an appointment for me to come by the end of the week to have it done. Well, the day came and the kid was no longer working there and nobody knew about my free window tinting nor my appointment was done. Originally my appointment was for 8:30am but since the appointment was never made I had to wait until noon for the tinting place to open and take care of me. Definitely a horrible experience with this dealership. The sad part of all this is that I went to another Kia dealership just to ask a question and I got a free keychain wi the my car name engraved. They have a lot to grow and learn definitely. More

My only constructive criticisms are: pricing offered on the Greenway Kia East webpage did not match pricing at the dealership. Some pricing was higher while some was lower. Shop fees & document storage fees should be more transparent & explained up front. There shouldn’t be sales tax on items outside of parts & labor. More
I have brought my car here a few times the people are always great however the service is terrible. After getting a diagnostic they did not find anything wrong and asked to keep an extra day to test agai always great however the service is terrible. Like I said the people are great but the service could be VERY much improved. More
