I usually never write a review but I really wanted to take time out of my day to share what an amazing experience I had at this Kia dealership. I had come in because I was really interested in looking at take time out of my day to share what an amazing experience I had at this Kia dealership. I had come in because I was really interested in looking at the Kia Optimas, they had caught my eye on the road so I wanted to give them a ride. When my girlfriend and I pulled into the lot we walked around a bit looking at their inventory, then Bill came up introduced himself and was curious to what kind of vehicle we were looking for. The whole time we were there Bill was very attentive and responded well to what kind of car I was really looking for. He told us specs of the cars we were curious about and overall just listened to what we needed not just pushing what he wanted to push. Finally when I found the car I wanted we got down to the paper work and Bill really did his best to try to earn my business. I had a great experience from everyone I interacted with, and am very pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and Bill. More

I have been with Orlando KIA East for about 5-6yrs now & have bought 3 new cars from this dealership. I had a 2011 Optima SX, 2012 Optima SX that was a custom car that I put thousands & thousands of dolla & have bought 3 new cars from this dealership. I had a 2011 Optima SX, 2012 Optima SX that was a custom car that I put thousands & thousands of dollars into making it look like the sports car it was. Everyone that had ever seen my car said it looked like that bat mobile. I had so many compliments on that car it was not even funny & it was very painful to have to sell but the entire staff at the dealership made the entire process go as smooth as possible. Just as of this past Saturday Aug 17, 2013 I bought my 3rd vehicle from them being the 2014 Sorrento SXL. I can tell you that all the staff are friendly, professional & make you feel like family from the moment you walk into the dealership. My sales person Alex Zayas on my most recent purchase is a great sales man. The guy that Alex reports to for getting the deal approved would be Mohammed & this guy I have no words to describe but one awesome guy. Anyone that can put up with my nagging, pestering & 10 million questions & still treats you with respect, dignity & can continue to smile threw the entire process of buying a car is definitely someone that I would recommend to do business with. My financial manager that I signed all of the final paperwork with was Eddie Oliveras & let me tell you something about this character. Not only does this guy make you feel very comfortable during the entire process as well but he also jokes around with you to make you smile & definitely feel like family. He explains everything to you in detail so when you leave there you have no questions on your mind that may make you wonder if maybe you forgot to ask something. These guys are like family to me & as far as I am concerned they will always have my business. This is why in my book they deserve the ratings that I have given them. Even the GM of the dealership always greets me on a regular basis & makes me feel welcome every time I am there. Weather I am there for a oil change, to stop by & visit for a moment or even to go to the parts department they are always the same way towards me. The parts manager Mark & his Asst.
