I came to Kia with a 11 am appointment. I arrived an hour early just to look around. As soon as I arrived I was met my Eddie Oliveras. He walked me around the lot expaining aabout all the cars. Eddie told me he would wash my car every sunday. Eddie was helpful and fun. I knew buying a car wasn't easy but Eddie was patient and understanding. Jim was a very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. He went into extreme detail about all of the car features and did not assume that we already knew about the car. Once we made a decision to buy, the process went very smoothly and quickly and we drove the car home. We love our new Kia! More

Walked out of there after the 'bait and switch.' Had an appointment that they had not prepared for. They didn't have the car that they said they had -- a new 2012 Sportage. Instead they tried to push me in appointment that they had not prepared for. They didn't have the car that they said they had -- a new 2012 Sportage.
