Ed was fantastic and is the reason we keep coming back to our dealership. We hit 60K on our Sedona and needed to get the require maintenance, plus some odds and ends like driver seat switch, dash compartment our dealership. Ed understood exactly what we wanted, figured out how to keep our costs down by using warranty when possible, applying discounts since the maintenance would require having the engine exposed and reduced the labor of the individual jobs. I can't recommend them enough! More
This dealership was above and beyond deciteful. The only way to keep it would be to put more money down and swallow a higher intrest rate per the finance guy Sam. Its robbery. I would never recommend anybody to go to this dealership. They lie, steal, and cheat you as much as they can. Do not think that just because you have signed the papers your deal is done. Once we finalized our selection, Jose assisted us with the financing portion of the sale and ensure that we understood the process very simply. After leaving the car lot with our new 2013 Kia Sorento, we realized that we were missing the antenna on the car. We also realized we left an item in our "trade in" vehicle. Mike not only got the item from our trade in, but he then took the item and antenna and sent it to us overnight so that we wouldn't have to drive the hour and a half back to the dealership. More
My rating is based on the dealings with the salesman, Robert Sconzo. Robert is the only reason I would ever return to this dealersship. He is a genuine guy, not a creepy car salesman. I wish I could say the same for the finance guy "Sam" (I think was his name)as he needs to attend charm school and learn how to treat people with respect. Robert went out of his way to help settle the deal. Robert is, even now after the sale, having to do someone else's job by sending me the paperwork I was not given by the finance guy. The only bad thing I can say about Robert is that he is a Jets fan, go Giants! More
