She listened to what we were trying to accomplish, then recommended a vehicle which we purchased after test driving and then negotiating a fair price and trade-in value. She was very expert and professional in her dealings with my wife and me. In Finance, we were able to take advantage of an opportunity to extend our warranty which we felt was fair and equitable, and John did a very good job of answering all our questions. We were pushed onto a new salesman (Ray). Emilio should have guided Ray who didn't even have a business card, he had run out). When going through financing we were told less gas mileage, less insurance, found out can't have both rebate and 0% financing, etc. High pressure to purchase extended contract. Dealership does not send out surveys for autos bought in January. More

It took over 4 hours to purchase a car. Dealership kept my old tag. They then used it to run toll booths without paying. Problem for me. The Dealership would not own up to anything.
