I came to Kia with a 11 am appointment. I arrived an hour early just to look around. As soon as I arrived I was met my Eddie Oliveras. He walked me around the lot expaining aabout all the cars. Jim was a very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. He went into extreme detail about all of the car features and did not assume that we already knew about the car. Once we made a decision to buy, the process went very smoothly and quickly and we drove the car home. We love our new Kia! More
