Jim was a very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. He went into extreme detail about all of the car features and did not assume that we already knew about the car. He followed up with us at home after o went into extreme detail about all of the car features and did not assume that we already knew about the car. He followed up with us at home after our first visit and then again after our second. Any questions we had that he could not satisfactorily answer, he got a manager involved right away. Once we made a decision to buy, the process went very smoothly and quickly and we drove the car home. We love our new Kia! More

I did not buy from them, but they are such good people that in 6 months I will be back in the market they are THE ONLY ONES THAT WILL GET MY BUSINESS. Alex was vey helpful and courteous. Would recommend this dealership and him as a salesman. Of the people I know with the same vehicle, I've paid the least for mine. Walked out of there after the 'bait and switch.' Had an appointment that they had not prepared for. They didn't have the car that they said they had -- a new 2012 Sportage. Instead they tried to push me in appointment that they had not prepared for. They didn't have the car that they said they had -- a new 2012 Sportage. Instead they tried to push me into a pre-owned vehicle. Dealership was disgusting and dirty. Six salesmen were standing at door with two of them arguing. They continued to yell across the showroom floor. More

Mr. Amrani was very professional and understanding of our concerns. He gave us the time we needed to discuss such a big desision of purchasing our new vehicle. When we go back to purchase another vehicle h concerns. He gave us the time we needed to discuss such a big desision of purchasing our new vehicle. To whom it may concern, I'm writing this e-mail To whom it may concern, I'm writing this e-mail correspondence to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at East Orlando Kia. To whom it may concern, I'm writing this e-mail correspondence to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at East Orlando Kia. I visited the East Orlando Kia in Winter Park yesterday, September 04, 2011. I worked with a sales representative named Milton. After 4.5 hours of aggressive negations and bogus excuses, I ended up "purchasing" a 2012 Kia Forte. Only to my surprise, I would take the Forte back today to get it "detailed". Little did I know that I would actually have to return the car due to the lack of customer regards by your representatives. What first brought me to Kia was the amazing trade-in promotion. Apparently, its advertised that you can bring in ANY used car and received a $5000 credit towards any new or pre-owned vehicle. You can ask any person who knows Kia and they will be aware of the promotion. What I find very disappointing is the number of excuses Milton gave me when I brought up this promotion. First, he says "we no longer have this promotion, the ads you hear on the radio are extra ads that have already been paid for and must be played". Any person on Earth will consider that FALSE ADVERTISEMENT; I'm sure the law would too. Secondly, he mentions, "the cards that qualify for the promotion have been sold". How could this be? A $5000 credit should apply towards any new or pre-owned vehicle as advertised in the ad. As far as Im concerned, it doesn't get any newer than a 2012 Kia Forte. Lastly, I received an email on September 02, 2011 in regards to your "Labor Day Gastravaganza". Yesterday was September 04, 2011. Why is that when I mentioned this to Milton, he advised me that this promotion was no longer valid? This email clearly states: "This Voucher must be presented upon arrival of your initial visit and must be presented to your sales consultant and the above unique number must be legible and match the number our computers have assigned to you in order to be valid for any of the above offers. This offer is limited to New Vehicle in dealer in stock purchases only and is not valid for any vehicle purchased before September 1 2011 and after September 5 2011. " This is copied and pasted directly from the email I received. Given the information above, why is that when I presented Milton with the voucher, he quickly declined and said the promotion was no longer valid without even checking the unique number in the email. I find this very negligent. You should not be advertising any promotions what so ever if your company or sales people have no intent on honoring them. I let Milton give me his speech on how great this car would be for me. After thinking about the long-term investment and the great things I've heard about the Kia Forte, I decided to purchase the car with a co-signer. Despite all the excuses I was given about these "expired" promotions, Milton and I negotiated that I would be given a $4000 credit for my Mazda towards a new vehicle. After a grueling duel with the financial advisor and the bank, Milton advised me I had been approve and we signed all the necessary paperwork. He advised me of my monthly payments, interest rate, and all the other financial aspects of the car. I was handed the keys and told that the man who details the vehicles had gone home for the evening. This being said, I had to leave the dealership with no carpets, cords, manuals, and much residue of the inside and outside of the car windows from the stickers placed on it. I was told to come back today, September 05, 2011 at 4 PM and they would assure that I would receive all the extra things that I had not received yesterday. To my surprise, I get to the dealership today at 3:45 PM and was not taken care of until around 5:30 PM. Little did I know that the car I had just purchased would be taken from me. Once Milton comes around to finally service us, he quickly asks us for the keys and advised me that the bank was not willing to approve the loan. I find it very difficult to believe that your company is in this business for the well-being of the consumer. Why is that Milton spent HOURS negotiating and convincing us to buy this car but takes the car back within a matter of seconds? Where is the customer service in that? He fought so hard to get us to buy the car but he definitely did not fight for us to keep the car. I'm sure he only saw us as dollar signs or commission in his pocket. I must say that I'm ecstatic that he won't be getting a penny from this sale. This sale was not done correctly. How can a car dealership allow a person to drive a brand new car off a car lot without the sale being fully approved and allow the car to loose its value? This is not acceptable. I would not have been upset if I was denied the car at the point-of-sale. What angers me the most is the fact that I was misled to believe that I was FULLY approved for this purchase, given the keys, and allowed to take the car back home. This shouldn't even be legal! Who knows if it is? I will definitely be researching this matter. I wish that was the end of this horrendous experience. I was given the keys back to my Mazda and was told that the transaction was cancelled. Emilio brought my old car advised me that all my information would be shredded. Milton mumbled under his breath, "At least you got your tag renewed". I left the dealership disappointed with a bad taste in my mouth towards Kia as a whole. Upon my arrival at my home in South Orlando (a good 30 minute drive), I realized that Milton never gave me back the title and registration for my Mazda. Again, I had to spend more time out of my day to fix a mistake that was not my fault. I got back to East Orlando Kia and spoke with Milton. Milton gave me back the title and registration for my Mazda and apologized. I then proceeded to ask where the registration for the new tag is. He spoke with Mohammed (which neither of them knew what the answer to my question was) and then advised me to peel the yellow sticker off, throw it away, and renew the registration myself. Why would Milton tell me that I got my tag renewed on my Mazda and then tell me something else? The least you guys could've done it actually renewed the tag for all the trouble and hassle I've been through the past two days. I am now stuck with having to renew the registration ($56) and paying the insurance company for the transfer of vehicle ($225). I forgot to mention that Milton told me I would need to have this process completed with Geico before I arrived for my 4:00 PM appointment. Actually, my 5:30 PM appointment. I now am at a financial burden to pay two fees that your dealership should have taken care of. Kia has completely lost all confidence with me and anyone who ever crosses me in the future. My opinion about your sales tactics, promotions, representatives, and dealership is everything but good. More
