We told Dealer what we wanted. We advised him of the color we wanted and said there would be no exceptions. He assured us he would have the car the next day. He spent hours coming and going during whic color we wanted and said there would be no exceptions. He assured us he would have the car the next day. He spent hours coming and going during which we had no idea what he was doing. We filled out all the paper work and gave him a $5000 down payment. After wasting 3 hours of our time he changed his story. He said he had good news and bad news. The bad news was he could not get the car in the color we wanted....The good news was he could get it in silver or black. This was after we specifically told him what we wanted and the problems we encountered at other dealers trying to find a Soul in this particular color. We spent another thirty minutes trying to get our deposit back. Basically he wasted our day. I believe he thought after all the trouble we went through we would accept the silver or black model. (Bait and Switch?) The next day we purchased "two" Scions and I am sure are much more satisfied than we would have buying the Soul.... More
