I purchased my 2008 kia Rio from the Colonial Boulevard location back in 2008. Your dealer was the only one willing to work with our less than satisfactory credit and you gave us a chance. Three years later we realized it was time to upgrade and we decided to come back to Orlando Kia. I made a phone call and your very friendly operator Lisa answered all my questions and made us an appointment to meet with Jim Darity. We were a little worried about whether or not we would be able to trade because our Rio was a base model and we worried we would be so upside down in it that we would be stuck! We arrived at your longwood location and we were greeted by your very friendly staff! Jim darity asked us a few questions and we looked at some of the cars on the lot and settled on the new 2012 Kia Rio SX...this is the one that caught my eye when we first pulled up! Jim and the staff definitely took great care of us because I drove off in my new Kia Rio....very happy that we could get a car that is comfortable for our family!! Also our 2 year old and 9 year old boys were with us...my little one loves balloons...the staff was nice enough to let him have all the balloons he wanted to play with!!!Jim darity and staff were professional and courteous....and they all had a great sense of humor, we felt comfortable during our time there!!! We came to this dealership based on the Kia product.The Kia vehicles has great reviews but this particular dealership is the worst as far as sales and customer service.When it came to the price of the Kia Kia vehicles has great reviews but this particular dealership is the worst as far as sales and customer service.When it came to the price of the Kia Sorento,they were not able to give me a breakdown on the window sticker.After asking numerous times,it seems they became upset,being that they didn;t want to explain the truth about the hidden cost.Also,they were so unaware of even which Sorento we were buying...the mananger made many different mistakes regarding the one we wanted...I guess the salesman didn't communicate well with the manager.After wasting an hour with Pikesh Shah and Mike the sales manger,he even insulted me by saying "why don't you buy the smallest car we have and also I will give you 4,000 for your trade in" and he laughed about it.So we left,but here's the funny part...we took a drive to Orlando Kia West were we got greeted by Anas Lazaar..he not only showed us a better Kia Sorento but also offered us 5,500 for our trade in and gave us a breakdown of the vehicle sticker and a better price..GO FIGURE!!..to me it only shows the greed of this dealership and they need to learn from Orlando Kia west how to satisfy a customer. I was in the market for a new car, I had visited other dealers, But you know the Ho Hum so I decided to see what the kia people could do. I stopped in and found a car I would like. So here it comes , I waited and the sales manager moe came over and said I will work out a deal with you, whatever it takes. So we worked out a very good deal for both and I am very pleased with my car. a new 2012 kia forte. Rita the admin manager called to be sure we happy and treated right and said anything I can do for you just call. The people were all very professional and as polite as they could be. I am in the customer service field and I can identify these people really care about how happy you are, not just sell a car. More

I said hey it cant be that bad he got his car there man was I wrong. I got there and was met by a sales person who didnt even speak English. Me and my wife where looking for a first car for my daughter and we found a nice Kia Forte online so desided to go down and look at the car. Beside the fact we really didnt understand him it was going pretty good he seemed like he was trying his best, so we give him a chance. The horrible part was when we came down to the negotiation. First they came with a number 3 thousand more then the sticker says, I asked him why if it is clearly marked on the window, he couldnt give me an answer then one of his manangers came and sat with us I believe his name was Mohammed, it was a middle eastern gentlemen. He stated that the price on the window was wrong and he apologized for that but the price was 3 thousand higher , I told him thats fine cause I here on the price that was on the internet anyway and it was No where near the price he showed us or that was even on the sticker, he came out and told us that the price was wrong online to. I clearly showed him my phone with there website and told him that is false advertisement, but thats fine I told him them I would like to see numbers on another forte on the website and he went to his desk came back with the numbers and it was still high I asked him do you not see I have your website on my phone he came back with there must be a problem with our website cause the numbers dont match what he has, I looked at my wife and she asked him so you mean to tell me all the price online are wrong and he started to talk about how he can get us in a new forte for almost the same money. I was like I dont want a new car I want a new car for the price you have advertised, he told my that it was a mistake and couldnt honor the price we saw. He said to give him a minute as he had to go talk to his boss. As we sat there my wife was like so they false advertise to bring you in to buy a new car is that even legal. As we sat there waiting there we can hear him talking to other managers and cursing at them saying we dont sell used cars and f you and f that, and he started to argue with this other guy behind there desk. He came back to the table and begin to show us number on a new car my wife looked at him and said what part dont you understand we dont want a new car, or is it like you said to the other guy that you dont sell used cars. Then I guess thats when he got upset and started to tell us why we should by new and this and that, he started raising his voice and thats when I had to stop him and tell him to stop everthing I was done with him. Hopefully this gets back to the owner cause my friend who told me to stay away wrote a bad review on here and it is no longer on here so that goes to show the pull they have with this website. Little do they know that they dont know who they deal with, I write a column for the Orlando Sentinel and I'm going to find a way to get my experience out there in the paper and the experience of others who have been treated the same way me and wife where treated. Please BEWARE they may not be all bad but that manager ruined my taste for Kia in general. Yes I got a Kia for my daughter but it wasntfrom any of the Orlando Kia stores cause if that one was that bad I cant even think of how the others are ran. I'm going to do even thing in my power to warn all of Central Florida about this dealer from a blog I'm going to start to yahoo, google, bing and I wonder what the attorney general would have to say about this. AGAIN PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!! More
