While the sales staff is very friendly and likable, they are also exceedingly disorganized and seemingly incompetent. In March of 2014, I purchased a 2014 Kia Soul. The sale was simple and easy. I paid extra to have a navigation system added to my vehicle. My service appointment was scheduled for the following week. I arrived for my service appointment, and despite having had a scheduled appointment, I was not on their schedule. My morning had been wasted. They rescheduled me for the following week. Again, I arrived for my appointment, and after three hours, I was told that that the part needed to install the navigation system was not yet available, and that my wait for the navigation system would be about two months. Fast forward to June. I contacted KIA Consumer Service to try to get to the bottom of why I was still waiting for my navigation system. I was told that navigation systems cannot be installed in the 2014 Kia Soul. The staff at Orlando Kia East should have known this at the time of the sale. It would have saved me a great deal of aggravation and wasted time. Very nice guys, but based on my experience, they need to work on getting their acts together. I will not recommend Orlando Kia East to anyone, as the staff was extremely inadequate with the exception of Sekula Jovanovic from financing. I was pleased with him. Amazing experience! I live in Ocala, FL and was shopping for a new Kia Soul with a certain criteria. I contacted Melinda regarding their inventory and if they had the ce I live in Ocala, FL and was shopping for a new Kia Soul with a certain criteria. I contacted Melinda regarding their inventory and if they had the certain Kia that I was looking for. From the beginning Melinda was amazing. We communicated through email and text because that was the easiest way for me. She told me that regardless if they had the Kia I was looking for, that she would get me the one I wanted by the time I came down there. In just two days, I went from shopping for my Kia, to purchasing it! She was able to do everything for me over the phone. I contacted her on a Tuesday evening and by Wednesday evening my deal was being written up. I was able to drive down there on Friday and she had all the papers and my clean and gassed up Kia waiting for me. In just a little over an hour, I drove away in my brand new Kia Soul! Not only was Melinda helpful and super awesome in every way possible during the deal, she even had the awful pinstripe that I hated taken off the car for me before I arrived. Whenever I decide to purchase another car Melinda will definitely be who I contact! She is awesome and actually made purchasing a car fun! Thank you Melinda again for everything! : ) More

Best service ever I have been to 4 dealers including the KIA West (the worst dealership of all).
