Blake greeted us and upon finding out that we wanted to trade, explained he was fairly new and brought in experienced Alexander to assist us. Both worked with us to our complete satisfaction, and upon completion of the paperwork, Blake sat in the new vehicle with us to explain all the features and answer any questions we may have on how to operate the various items. The only negative was dealing with and waiting for the person in the finance office to review the paperwork, we waited over 2 hours, and it was a cash deal with no complications. It turned out the only reason we had to go thru this process was to try to have us purchase the Extended Warrantee, which I declined. More
