She had never even seen a Soul before now and was panicked about the purchase. I told her we would run down to Orlando Kia and check one out really quick to make sure it was a vehicle she liked. We met our salesperson, Edward Pratt when we got there. We told him our situation and that we knew we were not buying from Orlando Kia.He checked with his manager to get permission for a test drive and off we went. She asked us to look at the Kia Soul which was only a few 100 dollars difference from the original car we were looking at. The Soul had much more room and more features that the original car. We went in to talk numbers and Melinda was able to get the numbers we were looking for. Great person to work with that will fight for the customer. Would do business with again. More

Very misleading advertisment I went in the dealership and I asked specifically about the $7000 over the kelly bluebook price before I did anything. I let them I was told they only needed to appraise my car so I let them do so they came back and told me it would be fine they looked at it and all we would need to establish now was the payment I asked them several times again if they were sure because I did not want to go ahead if this wasn't done where I needed to put more than what I wanted because of their $7000 but of course they said they were sure by the time we finish they wanted me to put double the amount I agreed on because they lied they DO Not give you more than Kelly bluebook I could go to any dealer and buy whatever I want with that same amount down so they are liars and don't fall for it like I did. BIG WASTE OF TIME AND CREDIT POINTS More

Awesome experience I had received a phone call from Emmanuel as my 2010 Optima was out of warranty . It was my birthday weekend so I decided to just take a look and see I had received a phone call from Emmanuel as my 2010 Optima was out of warranty . It was my birthday weekend so I decided to just take a look and see what they could do. I wasn't necessarily looking for a new car so if I wasn't satisfied I was content to walk away. He was very professional and helpful and I test drove a couple of vehicles. The Optima was by far the best deal and they worked until they got the payment below my other payment. Who could argue with that! I would happily recommend Emmanuel and the rest of the staff were exceptional as well. It was the best birthday present EVER! More

Satisfaction First and Foremost After having our last Kia Sorrento for 11 years we thought it was time to get another, the other had finally come down to the only large repair we ev After having our last Kia Sorrento for 11 years we thought it was time to get another, the other had finally come down to the only large repair we ever had and it was a necessity.. I spoke with Melinda and told her what we wanted. She was very friendly and helpful. We decided to lease this time. She showed us one car, though not totally what we wanted, it was close enough. When I got home with the car I realized that we had settled though for less than we wanted, but we loved the still loved the car. In a moment of clarity I decided to at least let her know we were a bit disappointed. Within a day I received a call from Melinda apologizing and saying that she had found the exact car we wanted and offered to exchange it out for the same price. I was flabbergasted. Not only did the dealership go along with this but she actually delivered the car to our door with the new papers. She stayed to show us the new features and left two very happy people with their new Sorrento,. Car buying had always been a torturous process for me and it was second only to going to a doctor in trepidation. Melinda has changed all that for us. We know that next time 3 years from now, we'll be back and hope that Melinda will be there to assist us again. More
