First: Shelby is such a personable and yet professional Kia representative...I LOVE working with her! Second: On arriving at service for recalls, I was approached by a young lady with a Kia shirt (I assumed she worked for Greenway Kia) who took my keys and I was told to go inside. I went to Shelby and got signed in. In about half an hour or so, this young lady came and sat down with me in the waiting area. She commenced to show me pictures of cracks in my windshield and began to explain she could set up an appointment to have that fixed. I was already a little upset because when I asked her if she worked for Kia, she said no she worked for the glass company...very deceptive! It ended up taking about 20 minutes to complete the process. The most annoying is the deception!!! Lastly: After having a bad experience when purchasing our vehicle, we have had a good experience with the service department...until this time (I had it in for recalls), after arriving at home I discovered my tail/break lights were staying on all the time, and several of the accessory buttons on the console did not work. After spending two and a half hours in the morning for the recalls, I had to go back and have that fixed. Shelby immediately called for the service manager, he came, took the vehicle and within a few minutes had me back on the road. The inconvenience was one thing, but the fact that the break lights posed a safety hazard is a huge concern. I understand when humans do a task, there is always room for accidents. My intention for this review is for this to be an opportunity for improvement, which all of us have room for and should be open too. More
Not impressed at all. Was quoted $265 plus tax in a text (image 3), which was then verified via phone call. They applied a miscellaneous discount which took the total to 285 (instead of the 282.23 that it should've been), but I'm not going to go back and forth over $2 and change (image 2). Moving on, this is fine, I'd like to get on with my day. Come to look at my key. Someone has written my name on it (image 1). Not on the green paper attached to my keyring. Not on the paper on the dashboard of my car. On my key. Now, normally that might not be upsetting, but considering I work in a place that requires me to keep things like my car's make and model confidential, it kind of defeats the point when someone writes my name on the key, doesn't it? Why? What was someone's motive to write my name on my key? If I wanted my name on my key, I would've put it there, wouldn't I? Customer service manager left me on hold for a few minutes, so enjoy the unenthusiastic review. Is this dealership a test of patience from God? We may never know. More
I used to be a City Kia customer. I spent a good amount of money with them. Their service department changed employees and service team so many times I couldn’t keep track. After being verbally accused of something I didn’t say by their service manager in front of other customers, employees, and after many trips for faulty parts and I decided enough was enough. I was greeted promptly at Greenway Kia. Directed to an advisor who greeted me promptly. My advisor was very knowledgeable and informative. It seems like he cared and treated me as a customer and not a number that was being rushed through the line. Kia corporate should take a look into my bad experience from the previous dealership and maybe investigate my service records. We have been pleased with our new dealerships service department. We have been Kia customer since 2013. Our last purchase was a 2023 Kia Telluride SX Prestige. Our previous purchase was a 2013 Kia Soul Exclaim that had 256,000 miles on it and was in pristine condition. More

I would like to emphatically thank Mat for his continued professionalism and amazing care that he always manages to provide amongst all the other things that he simultaneously does. He goes above and beyond professionalism and amazing care that he always manages to provide amongst all the other things that he simultaneously does. He goes above and beyond giving me a sense of peace and security when my 88 Years Young Mother brings her car there for service. This entails keeping me informed from the time that her car is checked in to after it's been picked-up by way of telephone and email as I live in a different state. I'm not sure how He does it all however, I'm certainly glad that he does. Mat, as I've said before... Thank you for your amazing and exceptional service. More

The salespeople show you that they do not care if you don't do things the way they think you should. I had an issue and was basically lied to 3 times before I went to the finance manager to get help. The louis was helpful, but it was a salesperson's name.Frank, who said he was a manager. Then I spoke to his manager who claimed that the gm was out of the office for a week and when I spoke to the finance manager, he was there the next day. There's so much more to the issue, but eventually, I did get the help that I asked for. There's a lot more to unpack with this, but I don't feel like typing it out. More
