She was very nice. Went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with our car. Including a KIA hamster that our 3- year old kayla wanted with the car. The cd player doesnt work. I came back to kia east Orlando to have it fixed. And she again, went out of her way to help me & kayla. Even though the cd player is worse than when I orignally came. Thats on your Service dept. But, we have had an over all great experience dealing with KIA east Orlando. And I have all ready recommeded them to my Workers & colleges. TRESE PEACE More

I want to start by saying that Melinda Elannan is a very nice person and I know that her job is to sell cars. I also want to say that I know that my credit isnt the greatest. When me and my friend arrived things were good, Melinda was very attentive and allowed us to look through cars at our leisure and we test drove a used Soul. Then the decision was made that I could get a better deal if I bought a new car. I made it clear that I wanted to have a payment under $400. We spent probably an hour with Melinda trying to convince me that I needed to have a payment over $400 dollars. They brought a brand new Soul around for me to drive when I got in the front seat didnt feel as comfortable as the used one. This is where it went downhill. I asked for my keys to my old car back and apparently this is the ploy to keep you at the dealership. Melinda said to give her a minute and when she came back, she had a better deal for me but it was still over $400. By the way, she still didnt have my keys, and at this point I was feeling like I was being held "HOSTAGE". I demanded my keys back then and once again I stood waiting for my keys. This time Melinda came back with my keys but also with the best Deal yet!!! I turned it down because by this point I was feeling like a second class citizen because Melinda was pushing for a sale! She asked my friend if she would co-sign for me!!!! She didnt even ask me if I would consider having someone sign with me!!! I am giving this review because there is NOT A WORSE FEELING than being held "HOSTAGE"!This is shady practices in my opinion. Melinda was very nice but is being led down the wrong path in how to treat people!!!!! More

Worst experience EVER! I had so many issues when signing my deal. I went into the dealership in Feb 2011 to shop for cars. I purchased my 2011 Kia Optima on 3/2/11 ... I ended up having to sign my deal 3 di my deal. I went into the dealership in Feb 2011 to shop for cars. I purchased my 2011 Kia Optima on 3/2/11 ... I ended up having to sign my deal 3 different times. Now I had a horrible experience but the dealership tried to fix it by giving me a bunch a free oil changes which I never used. Well fast forward til March 2013. I go in and get my tires changed and few other things done. I spend nearly $1500 on my car. I was fairly satisfied with the service, until one of my tires popped and I called in regards to any warranty on the $105.00 tire that cannot be used. I was told by the smart @$$ advisor that should call my insurance company. Hmmm call my insurance company and pay $500 deductible for a $105 tire... So when I asked to speak with his manager he proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and left a message for the service manager. I still haven't gotten a call back so I ended up having to call Kia Corporate Offices and file an official complaint. All they want is your money and they don't care what they do to get it. Once they have it they treat you with complete disregard. Go to Deland Kia they will treat you better. Any Kia dealership in central Florida is owned by the same company and they will treat you like garbage!! More
I discussed the vehicle selection showing on the web site with Mike prior to arriving. My original choice was the Soul but the eventual purchase was a Rio. Mike was extremely helpful in dicussing the various options . My final choice was set after a road test. I was extremely satisfied with you r staff including Sales, Finance and Service. I would have no problem recommending Kia and in particular Orlando Kia to anyone. If I have another purchase in the future I will return because I did not encounter any snow job. It was refreshing to have a Car Dealership who was helpful and straight forward with no of the usual games and verbal diarrhea. More

Alex was one of the sales reps I worked with 2 years ago for my first Kia. I am happy he is still with the dealership and was more willing to consider looking at the 2014 model because I had a great first for my first Kia. Alex is honest, straight forward, knowledgable and has an easy-going attitude. He was willing to let me walk away and come back - but also followed up. He was willing to let me say no, after I listened to all of the facts and options. I was comfortable making a choice to trade in my fairly new Kia for another new Kia and with Alex's easygoingness and the Financial reps openness it really made it almost fun! I won't be surprised if I start talking to him again about another car in another two years. I really love that when I go in to have service on my Kia I can say hi and the new location on East Colonial is phenomenal! More
My wife and I arrived at dealership @1100 and ask for Mike Mannix. After a short wait ,Melinda Elannan arrive and introduce herself and told us that Mike Mannix had asked her to meet with us. I stated that i wanted to test drive the Kia Soul and the Kia Sportage. After discussing the price range that i needed, we test drove the Kia soul. I like the ride and the information told to me about the Kia Soul. My choice of colors was limited with the automatic drive. My final price was within my budget @ this time. The car was wash and clean .plus fill with gas. Instructions in operation of the Kia Soul was given to me by Melinda Elannan and she took us to Service Dept and introduce us to the Service advisor. We have had lots of follow up from Kia East regarding my purchase of the Kia Soul. I look forward to my continous relationship with Kia East of Orlando . Joh H. Butler More
