My husband and I are first time car buyers and thought going to kia would be a great experience and affordable boy was I wrong when we got there we had david basti I are first time car buyers and thought going to kia would be a great experience and affordable boy was I wrong when we got there we had david bastiados as a salesman he was nice however his boss was a complete tool he blatenly lied to us putting us in a vehicle that he swore would work with our budget so he put us in it that night and told us he would call us in the next day to finish signing papers he never called I called and called and calledthey ALL gave me the run around finally on friday they asked us to come in and sign papers assuring us we could keep it whenwe got there they asked for nearly $5,000 more dollars anda cosigner when they have a first time buyers program we were devistated we will never go back to them ever just wanted to share our experience so this doesnt happen to someone else More

I am very pleased with my recent purchase! About 3 months ago I purchased a car from wan at Orlando Kia West and it just had several problems we were unaware of!
