Sasha was very helpful and knowledegable about the cars and made our visit enjoyable. Drove an hour to look at a 2002 Jeep Wrangler that I was told was in "great" condition. I get there, the exterior looked like complete crap! Scratches everywhere, & the frame had rot holes from all the rust told was in "great" condition. I get there, the exterior looked like complete crap! When I brought it up, he still continued to tell me how great of shape it was in, after I was able to scrape up a pretty good size pile of rust on the ground. When I told him the Jeep wasn't anywhere close to being in great shape like he told me & that he wasn't going to get $10,777 for it unless he was going to rip off someone who didn't know what they were looking for, he told me "You can go shop somewhere else." They want WAY too much for vehicles that aren't worth it & try to rip you off. More

I have been to several local Kia dealers and have had nothing but problems. Today I brought my 2011 Optima SX to Kia Orlando East for the first time and have never been happier with a dealership service nothing but problems. Today I brought my 2011 Optima SX to Kia Orlando East for the first time and have never been happier with a dealership service center. I worked directly with the service manager Mr. Kyle Williams and he was honest and straight forward with what needed done on my car and didn't try to up-sell services that were not needed. I pass 4 Kia dealerships on my may from my house to Kia Orlando East and I will now go nowhere else. My car had a rather serious turbo problem and he knew exactly what to do and had the car in and fixed within one hour which was very impressive. I decided to go ahead and have an alignment and oil change done after the car was fixed. They were quite busy but the alignment and oil change took only another 45 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the service and work done to my car. I will not trust anyone else to service my 2011 Optima SX from now on. More
