I cannot express adequately my experience in your dealership, I was frankly not expecting what I found. Carl was great, no hard sale, listened to my answers to his questions, and addressed them in a very professional manner. If you had been there that day last week you might not believe what I am typing, but it is all true. Mistakes were made, but your people made it right, and for that I thank you from the bottom of my heart. My co-workers have all fallen in jealousy over my new Forte, and have already made plans to visit your dealership, not the one closer to their homes to look not just at the Forte, but Sportages and Optimas.
