Both Pedro and Borislav were extremely knowledgeable about Kia overall as well as the Optima and Sorento. There were no high-pressure sales tactics and they were both extremely friendly and helpful. We went in for an 2013 Optima but left with a 2014 Sorento based partly on the information they were both able to share with us. Eddie handled the financing and it was honestly one of the easiest and dear I say, enjoyable experiences that we've had of this kind. I would certainly recommend this dealer. It's a pity we'll be moving in the next few weeks because I would definitely have serviced the vehicle there. More
Jim came in on his day off because I had inquired about a vehicle on the website and told him I was going to look at it on a certain day, (not knowing it was his day off) and he didn't even tell me that it w vehicle on the website and told him I was going to look at it on a certain day, (not knowing it was his day off) and he didn't even tell me that it was his day off until later in the day and we were just "casually" talking. I appreciate that he was willing to meet me on the day that was convenient for me. He was very nice and very accommodating. He "joked around" with me and made me feel comfortable. The internet vehicle ended up being a vehicle I did not like so I just wanted to "look" at what was available at the price range I had given him. I wasn't sure what I wanted in a car because I had been driving a Nissan Titan pickup truck for 6 years and wasn't sure what was "on the market". I arrived at 12:30 at the dealership and I left at 7:15 p.m.!!!!! Some of it due to the fact that I looked at almost every model of vehicle that Kia has and some of it due to the fact that the dealership is a very busy place and everything takes "time"......lots of time!!!!!! Jim was VERY PATIENT with me during the ENTIRE day. On that note, I will say that every employee was very kind and accommodating. Other than the very long day, lots of it out in the hot sun (because I wanted to look at and drive quite a few vehicles) it was a very good experience. I have already recommended this dealership to a few friends. It is 60 miles from my house to the dealership but because of the vehicle on the website I thought I was interested in, I drove there and now I am so glad I did. I had been trying to find a vehicle for 9 days before going to Kia East and believe me I did not get the friendly customer service at ANY of the dealerships I had visited like I got at this dealership. Thank you for the nice experience and yes I will continue to recommend the dealership and yes I will buy from Kia East again if I find that I "love" my Kia as much as I loved my truck!! More

They are no worse than any other dealer, but definitely no better. Took FOREVER to complete the transaction. We wanted to pay cash on Tuesday, they said the only way to keep the discounts they offered wa no better. Took FOREVER to complete the transaction. We wanted to pay cash on Tuesday, they said the only way to keep the discounts they offered was to close the deal today by financing the car, so we ended up with a loan we did not want. We will be paying the loan off ASAP, but will have to pay interest in the meantime, and it took HOURS to complete the financing. Then the finance guy was kind of a jerk. He never gave us his name, even though we asked, and kept making mildly insulting comments he called jokes. Then he added a warranty package we didn't want, and had to start all over printing the paperwork. If I wasn't in desperate need of a vehicle due to a combination of unfortunate circumstances, I would have walked out several times. Be prepared - you will spend most of your day, and will have to fight for every dollar. Bring lunch. And the saga continues. When I had my trade towed, they WOULD NOT TAKE IT AT THE KIA DEALERSHIP. I had to take it to Alex at Greenway Ford, and when we got to Greeneway Ford, no one knew where it should go, or who Alex was. It is now day three and I still do not have a second key, an owners manual, or floor mats. So I have to drive to the dealership AGAIN. More
