We were mis leaded. After over four hours dealing with sales and financing, we agreed on a monthly payment. This after we disclosed all of our personal information. We were told we were approved and we si sales and financing, we agreed on a monthly payment. This after we disclosed all of our personal information. We were told we were approved and we signed a lot of documents and were given only one set of keys. When I asked why only one set of keys we were told that the other set was locked in an office because it was Sunday. We were told to come back on Monday to get the other key. So we left the dealer very happy with our new car. I called Monday and was told that they were still trying to get my loan approved, that it could take a few days. Tuesday I called the dealer and asked for the financial manager but was told he was busy with clients. He never returned my call. So I called again Wednesday and the financial person told me he needed to talk to me in person. When I got to the dealer I was congratulated on the new lease. I was so exited. Then I was told that my monthly payment was going to be over $45 than what we had agree on Sunday. End of the story, I asked for my old car (2012 Passat) and left the dealer and went straight to David Maus VW dealer and in less than 2 hours I leased a new Passat. God works in mysterious ways. More

At the end of the day Matt was able to close the deal and I have a very nice new car. I had no intention on buying a new car until Matt talked me into a test drive. He accurately assessed my desires in a car and saw I had a inclination towards the Cadenza limited. He then was able to highlight some of the features that my Optima was missing that I have wanted since driving my wifes Ford Edge such as the adaptive cruise control. I am a repeat customer of this dealership having bought my first new car there. The only criticisms I would have are they keep the numbers moving quickly and if you are a numbers guy like me, it can be confusing to see what they are doing when you only get partial data back. I frequently had to run calculations to see how they reached some of the numbers they got. The owner introduced himself and worked with me on using their financing beating my banks rate by half a point. The results speak for themself with this dealer. I happily bought a new car I didn't need but wanted and would very likely shop at this dealer again when its time to get another car. More

Before I came to the dealership, I sent an email to the internet sales department explaining my situation in terms of needing a new car. In less than 24 hours, Jason called me and scheduled me to come in f internet sales department explaining my situation in terms of needing a new car. When I arrived at the dealership, he was readily available and took his time explaining the different purchase options that were available to me. That same day, I left with the Sportage that I wanted, in the color that I desired, at a price that I could afford.
