Female customer verbally abused by Mgr. Youseff M. Horrible Customer Service from Manager Youseff , Rude, Misogynistic & Disgruntled . Purchase Elsewhere!!! My husband and I purchased a 2018 Honda Ac Horrible Customer Service from Manager Youseff , Rude, Misogynistic & Disgruntled . Purchase Elsewhere!!! My husband and I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord from Kia East on Feb 6th & 7th, & experienced misleading sales tactics from the Management team & ultimately I was verbally abused by Youseff, simply because I asked for copies of all docs signed in our transaction. I have contacted Greenway Corporate, the Consumer Protection Agency and will review them on several sites to report the disgusting treatment my husband & I received at this dealership. In order to simplify, I will bullet point the events/actions: 1) 2/6/19 - presented incorrect credit report reflecting low inaccurate credit score in order to request a cash down payment. Sent home with the car without providing insurance, the down payment or finalizing the purchase because they were closing soon. 2) 2/7/19 - after reviewing the numbers on the dealer worksheet, I ordered them to correct it because the math was wrong- reluctantly they did when they realized the correction would actually be in their favor. 3) 2/7/19 - Caught them attempting to pocket the down payment & not apply it to the actual price of the car. My sales rep Kay, on my behalf asked the Mgr Youseff to adjust it & he yelled at her in a very loud & aggressive tone. After discovering this & their unwillingness to apply the down payment to the car price, we retracted the proposed 3k. 4) 2/7/19 -The finance manager Victor prepared the contract to reflect the purchase of their service warranty without our approval. When I flagged it, he raised his voice & attempted to pressure us in purchasing it for 20 mins. 5) 2/7/19 - Finance Mgr Victor - offered a lower interest rate, but only if we purchased the service warranty. My husband qualified for the rate, but even though the car was sold for 20k plus a lower rate would not be extended without the warranty. 6) 2/7/19 - We requested a copy of all of the several documents signed in the finance office, Victor only provided the yellow carbon copies of the contract, odometer stating we don't need them. Because of inaccuracies previously discovered, we firmly demanded a copy of everything signed, after 4 requests, he still refused only stating "you don't need it". 7) 2/11/19 - I emailed the customer svc manager and my sales rep requesting a copy of the promised inspection report & copies of the signed documents & referenced verbage from the DMV where it clearly states a buyer is entitled to a copy of all docs signed. TO DATE HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. 8) 2/18/19 - We replied to customer follow up text from Kia where we requested the copies again - no reply 9) 2/23/19 - Kay called us requesting we bring proof of address docs again for the finance office to send to the bank. We gladly did & I followed up on our request. She shared our request with Victor he told her the file was already in corporate and nothing he could do, yet we were called in because he was working on our file?? Refusal of svc again. 10) 2/23/19 Kay in a effort to assist us, she asked her manager Youseff to help obtain the copies. I approached the desk with her to speak to him, after extending my hand to shake his, which he declined & greeted him with a smile, he immediately began yelling at me, telling me not to tell him how to do his job, that I don't need the copies & when I asked him to stop yelling at me because I'm a female & customer he Yelled" I don't care, it's Saturday, do not come here & tell me how to do my job, if you can't trust my word that's your problem. After not being able to talk because he kept ranting, I told him not to yell at me because I'm not a woman who accepts a man to mistreat her like that & I would report his rude behavior so everyone finds out what an xxxxxxx he is! To which he replied, "Yes great good, do it, I don't care, good for you." I intentionally waited a few days to write this review because the verbal abuse I suffered at Kia upset me emotionally. Youseff is a liability for Kia, Greenway & it's owners. Shop elsewhere! More

Bait and switch Mr. Sotolongo gave a very poor customer service experience today for my brother and I. This dealership is an hour and 30 minutes away from where we reside and I called and negotiated a deal with Pedro Sotolongo for 16.5k OTD and instead he decides to add 995 for a "not loyal fee" since I havent purchased a car from the dealership before in my life, and wouldnt not get us to the agreed amount. He wouldn't let me speak to his manager as well as refused to take a penny off unless my brother gives him his social security number and pull his credit. Pedro is the most dishonest car salesman I have ever met, he lies to try to get you in to the dealership and surprises you with the truth once you show up. A colleague of his at the other Kia store even confirmed that he is notorious for doing that (we went to the other kia store to see if they had any Optimas that would be of interest). But anyways, Pedro is dishonest and a crook and should not be trusted. People like you are what gives car salesman a bad reputation. More
