I bought this car brand new 2 months ago They changed my car oil and I told service guy hey my car shaking he said ok after 2 hr laters he told me your car no shaking I said again my car shaking and he told car oil and I told service guy hey my car shaking he said ok after 2 hr laters he told me your car no shaking I said again my car shaking and he told me we did tire rotation I said ok and I check service report paper they didn't! I told guy again where tire rotation who did ? I purchased this car on 1/5/25 but have held off writing a review until many issues were resolved. I worked with sales rep Mike Serverino and finance mgr. Ayoub Lazaar and later Abdel Trabelsi. I had inten a review until many issues were resolved. I worked with sales rep Mike Serverino and finance mgr. Ayoub Lazaar and later Abdel Trabelsi. I had intended to pay cash for a used 2022. BMW X5Drive 40i. The sticker price was $42,782 online but the contract was written for $43,600 because I was a new customer. I was also informed that if I intended to pay cash and not finance there would be an additional surcharge of $1,000. (I should have walked out then but I live in Ocala and wanted to get the sale handled.) I was persuaded to finance thru Capital 1 and told I would save money by going this route and paying it off immediately. The contract price the sales rep presented me was filled with many additional dealer warranty add ons; AVC Appearance protection $1,829, Three for One. $2232, AWS Maintenance $1500 and AWS Gap coverage $1200. I told the sales rep and the sales manager I was not interested in any of these products but if they wanted to provide me with information I would take it under consideration at a later date. My contract was signed with electronic signatures in a cut and paste method. I assumed I would see a final paper copy before I left the finance office. It was getting close to 5pm and I was finally presented my contract on a UBS flash drive. No paper contract to review. The following morning I opened to document to discover that all of these warranties had been added to my contract and were being financed by Capital 1. The contract with the add ons taxes and fees totaled $54,900. I immediately called the sales rep and had conversation with the finance department. I paid off the loan 9 days later but it took many phone calls, certified letters and forms to complete and I finally got all but the $1,800 back for the upholstery appearance protection in mid February. I can honestly say this has been the worst car purchase experience I have made in my life. It took all the joy out of having a new car and I still can not fathom the dishonesty I encountered from this dealership. I simply write this a a warning to future customers to review your contract on paper before you walk out the door. More
