I recently visited Greenway Kia East for an oil change, and while the service was quick (almost 2 hours) and the staff was friendly, I had an issue with one of the salespeople. They were persistent in tryi and while the service was quick (almost 2 hours) and the staff was friendly, I had an issue with one of the salespeople. They were persistent in trying to get me to trade in my vehicle or upgrade, even asking about my payment details. It made me uncomfortable and took away from the overall positive experience. However, the oil change itself was done efficiently, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting area. I’d return for service, but I hope the sales pressure is toned down in the future. More

The sales person give us his 100%, but dealership satisfaction was 0 %, car cames all damage with scratches everywhere rusty brakes for a new car. Bunch of issues and dirty like was flooded. It is good but called to schedule an oil change and was informed about a recall. When I arrived only to be told that they can only do the oil change since they don’t have the part to recall. Wasted a day informed about a recall. When I arrived only to be told that they can only do the oil change since they don’t have the part to recall. Wasted a day of my time and now have to take another day off when they get the part.,If I was told this before would have rescheduled since the oil was good for another 400 miles. More
