My daughter is a student at UCF and she was due for an oil change service on her Ford Edge. We were a little worried since she is a teenager, but we had her take it to Greenway since they are the closest oil change service on her Ford Edge. We were a little worried since she is a teenager, but we had her take it to Greenway since they are the closest Ford dealership to the University. Terry, Rick and the rest of the staff there treated her great!! They even gave her a ride back to the UCF campus and picked her when her car was done. They did an oil change and rotated the tires, and they even did a recall we didn’t even know about at no charge. Thanks for taking care of my kid and her Edge! She is at UCF for 4 more years (I hope) and we will definitely use Greenway for all of her service needs. More
I purchased a Certified pre-owned 2007 F150 Super-cab with 43,000 miles on it from Greenway Ford that had problems within hours of being driven. I returned the truck for service and a few days later was with 43,000 miles on it from Greenway Ford that had problems within hours of being driven. I returned the truck for service and a few days later was told the problem was serious enough that the dealership felt the engine should be replaced. The problem was intermittent and missed during inspection. The engine was replaced and the cost for a replacement vehicle was covered by the dealer. I own a business and am well aware that sometimes things just don't go as planned. The signature of a great company is one who stands by their product and their warranty in the worst of circumstances. I consider myself to be very fortunate that my purchase was from Greenway and today I am driving a problem free Certified Ford truck. Thank you Greenway. More
Purchased a SUV 6 months ago from Greenway Ford and brought it in for AC service repair. The service Manager was very helpful and courteous. Our experience with their entire operation from sales, customer service, mechanical service has been unsatisfactory. Their internet advertising is misleading. The advertised price does not include the customer service, mechanical service has been unsatisfactory. Their internet advertising is misleading. The advertised price does not include the DEALER PROFIT which is not included in the pricing disclaimer. When we drove home we discovered the vehicle we purchased had serious problems. Subsequently we checked the vehicle history only to find out the vehicle had been involved in an accident. Later we also found evidence in the vehicle that suggested it was involved in another incident that required water to correct/control. The dealer attempted to fix some of the problems but in actuality the problems weren't fixed and an additional problem was created. We notified the dealer that we did not want the vehicle with 3 business days from the date of the sale. As a point of interest the dealer/lender has 3 business days to back out of a sale thus the buyer should have the same priviledge. Seven weeks have gone by and we have heard nothing from the dealership. More
