Yes, I would gladly discuss it & the finance person should be ashamed of himself for doing what he did! I wonder how many people are tricked into getting this LUXCARE PROTECTION. Very deceitful. Over & over I said I didn”t want this., but to have it taken off, I had to get insurance. The funny thing is that the previous owner left his papers in the glove compartment & 3 wks before, you had also charged him for this LUXCARE. So, you wipe it off & apply it again? Its UNBELIEVABLE! You can’t make this up.
