Friendly Dealership I have been taking my Ford Edge for oil changes since purchasing last Feb and each time I have gotten in and out within an hr and that's my preference I have been taking my Ford Edge for oil changes since purchasing last Feb and each time I have gotten in and out within an hr and that's my preference so I leave a satisfied customer. For 2 of my 3 visits Ron Matthews have been my service advisor and he always polite and helpful with any questions I have about my vehicle. More

Outstanding customer sales and service I purchased a car for my daughter - Ford Fusion. It was a certified pre-owned vehicle and it was in excellent condition. There were two minor things t I purchased a car for my daughter - Ford Fusion. It was a certified pre-owned vehicle and it was in excellent condition. There were two minor things that had to be addressed and Terry in Service made my daughter feel great and handled the items immediately. overall good results I had an appointment for my regular scheduled oil change . Dave Addison was prompt and courteous., The oil change was done in a timely manner and they I had an appointment for my regular scheduled oil change . Dave Addison was prompt and courteous., The oil change was done in a timely manner and they ran it thru the car wash for me which I appreciated and I was called on my cell phone when the car was ready (as I had left the dealership to go to lunch). I did want to discuss trading in my 2014 Escape for an upgrade and although Dave did what he could to get a salesman to come over to meet me it took way too long for someone to show up and I had no choice but to leave . (very disappointing). If there was anything that I would change it would be the fact that Dave kept referring to me as "young lady" which since I am a senior citizen came off as patronizing and condesending. An older man referring to a young girl as young lady is fine. A younger man referring to an older woman as Young Lady is almost insulting. If I were a man would he have said "young man"? I don't think so. More

She is very knowledgeable and actually taught me things about my car that I didn't know myself. She ensures me that the work is properly taken care of and that I'm completely satisfied. Bait and Switch Found a car online that I really liked. Emailed thed dealership to make sure it was still availanle. Andrew said it was still available and he was looking at it. Drove over an hour to get there. Andrew walked me around the lot in 96 degree heat, pointing out other vehicles. Took me back inside. Said he would check to see where it was parked. Came back 20 minutes later and told me the car was gone. What? He said he can't hold cars. Then I found out it had been sold days earlier.
