Very Satisfied Customer I went to Greenway Ford on Colonial to buy a used car. Juan Mangual was my salesman. From the start of our emailing to meeting and test driving a co I went to Greenway Ford on Colonial to buy a used car. Juan Mangual was my salesman. From the start of our emailing to meeting and test driving a couple of cars to the end of the deal, Juan was with me and make the buying experience fawless. He along with the finance manager, Albert took great care of me and was so helpful in making the purchase and even finding me car insurance. Greaat bunch of people there. Would highly recommend them to anyone. More

When you think you cant, they can @ Greenway Ford From the time you walk into the Door your greeted with smiles. Everyone is very nice and welcoming feels like home. They also have a professional touch that makes you feel like all the bases are covered. They were able to get me a loan even with bad credit, The whole process took less than 2 hours and I was on my way. They never treated me like a second class citizen. Truly one of the best purchasing experience's I have ever had thanks to my salesman Edwin Sanchez, Kudos to the management for getting car buying right. More

Eddie Faraldo has horrible customer service skills, horrible communication skills, and quite frankly the guy is completely full of crap. If your going to go Greenway Ford for your next vehicle, do yourself a favor and don't choose Eddie Faraldo as your salesman! More
