Horrible I bought a used car outright' with a simple tag transfer. With the temporary tag expiring in a few days and me having to work, I thought this should be easy since many people I know do this line of work said so. Heck not a chance, after being transferred a half a dozen times spoke to one of the finance managers who said he would call me right back. Again not a chance, so I called back and spoke to four other people before I was connected to the right man. According to him and this dealership my tag has been mailed. Explaining again I work a lot, and mail delivery has one more day before weekend, it will probably not be here in time before I expire. Finally he agreed to a dealer tag, but as already expressed, I have to drive to get it. At no time were they concerned with the treatment of the customer and their mess up. Instead they got their money , it is now my problem. I am dreading any future communication with this dealership. More
