11,000 dollars and 7 months and no work car This is one of the worst dealerships for being deceitful. I purchased a used car from them. The car only lasted 7 months before major failure the dealership said they would help ask me to come in they offered me $3,000 for my car 7 months after I paid 11 and told me if I want a different vehicle that I have to pay them they are the biggest scam and dealership I have seen in many years buyer beware they are liars I was told by Teresa that all they do is make sure they start stop and steer I would highly suggest to anyone if they're looking at buying a used car from Greenway to take it to your own mechanic if they refuse you leave you'll be better off for it and don't let them pull the car around for you because I let them do it and they had to jump start it to bring it around and I was unaware that the car wouldn't even start on its own More
Sold a Bad Vehicle My niece a 2014 Ford Focus with just about 35000 miles (certified). Against my better judgement we brought the vehicle without having my mechanic chec My niece a 2014 Ford Focus with just about 35000 miles (certified). Against my better judgement we brought the vehicle without having my mechanic checking it out. One week after purchase, it start to show signs of issues with the transmission. I allowed my mechanic to check it out. He believed it had a transmission issue. Went on to the service center at GW, He advised that the internal computer inside the car need to learn the drivers driving habits. He resets it. It drives ok for about a week and then goes back jerking which caused a minor accident. We took car for service. They replaced the clutch. To make a long story short we had to take the car for service approx. 12 times since Nov. 2016. GW didn't document all the times we brought the car for service !! They told us that they will trade it in for half what we paid for it. We took a great lost. My recommendation is get your checked out by a mechanic before purchase. Because GW will not give two craps about fixing it and only solution they have is to sell me another car. Although this is the second vehicle I have purchased from them, I will Not purchase another vehicle from GW. I also have a lot of clients who ask for recommendations. I advised them to stay away from GW. More

She called and assisted us with several cars we could afford with the financing. She didn't "push" one brand over another, but told us about a Focus with extremely low miles. We were so glad to meet her. The finance person was personable and worked with us for the deal. More

over and above expectations of service dept. took my car in for repair- made appointment- arrived on time - service manager Cindy there to greet me promptly - got right down to business - first d took my car in for repair- made appointment- arrived on time - service manager Cindy there to greet me promptly - got right down to business - first diagnose of trouble incorrect in a massive way - put another mechanic on the job - felt the diagnosis this time was correct so let them proceed. Car is a 2001 so parts sometimes are hard to locate, could not get them to dealership that day so they offered me a rental to use. Good experience with the rental office also. Next day still no parts - finally on 3rd day we have success. Arrive to pick up vehicle Cindy not readily available so the service manager stepped in to address my concerns. EXCELLNT - We both go to car to be sure it runs as expected and it did. Service manager did all he could to be sure was I taken care of. "David Addison" did an outstanding job by making sure customers were satisfied with the work, that they were assisted in at timely manner and I want to thank him for that.
