The repair shop recommended Troy so I went over to the other side of the property and talked to Troy. Told him my wishes and wants for another vehicle. As my luck goes they did not have exactly what i was looking for (2012-2016 F150 2 wd, super crew, ecoboast, ...) They had plenty of 4wd but not what I wanted, Troy looked but we could not find a suitable one. After discussions with my wife I decided to see about the Flex, because that would suit my needs better, I put a lot of miles one 55-60K annually and other stuff. he found my 3-4 Flex that were all in the contention. I had to wait until after Memorial day as I did not have time to actually buy the vehicle before the holiday and my luck being what it is all the flex were gone the Tuesday after. There was 1 left and it was not exactly perfect for me, down hearted I figured I was just going to wait, Troy found 1 other that was being gone through and inspected, we took that one for a test and that was the right Flex for me. The Insurance Company did not total my F150 and decided putting a new frame under it was the correct way to go, I disagreed and took the check and traded my wrecked truck in. I feel I got a good deal (ok I may have in my mind paid $200 more than I wanted but, I am just a cheap SOB) but it was very very close to my desire to spend. Very happy with Troy and Greenway. Second vehicle I bought from the (I think a 06 RAm in 08? ) and will use them again. More

We called to have them put a hold on one in particular because we live over 2 hours away they called us almost 3 hours after they opened when we were half way and said they sold that vehicle the previous day then they proceed to say had another vehicle a 2013 explorer sport with 43000 miles told us our vehicle was not worth what the explorer was after 4 hours of "making a deal" they didn't change anything. I made an appointment and followed up just before I arrived to make sure it was there. I was treated professorially, friendly and in no way pressured to purchase my car. Juan and Dale, from the internet team were able to get me a fair value for my trade in and their finance team got me an excellent rate. Signing all the paper work was smooth and easy. Again I was treated professionally and not pressured to purchase any warranty or product I did not want. The icing on the cake for the whole experience was it took less than two hours.
