I went to the Greenway Ford dealership after interacting with salesman, Will Bennett online. I decided to drive to the dealership to look at/test drive the Ford Focus and see what I would be offered for the truck since I had very low mileage on it. Will Bennett was not at all the "pushy" type salesman. He answered the questioned that I had and kept the payments within my requests. Even though I believe that I even kept him past his usual work hours, he was very pleasant and professional until the very end. More

Stay away- sold used car with open recall and one key Greenway Ford sold me a used car with an open recall on it. Two days after I purchased my Jeep Renegade, I called the nearby Jeep dealership to update Greenway Ford sold me a used car with an open recall on it. Two days after I purchased my Jeep Renegade, I called the nearby Jeep dealership to update the information on the car in their system and found out there was an open recall for the fuel pump. Greenway Ford assured me that there was no open recalls on the car and even had me sign forms confirming it. Luckily, i am under warranty because my Renegade had low milage but with the part on backorder it is becoming an annoying ordeal. I had been leasing for years and finally decided to buy a used car so I was not familiar with the unnerving process of buying a used vehicle. They also only gave me one key and no car mats. So frustrating. Make sure to put this in your contract. Avoid this dealer at all costs. It is very shady. I am extremely frustrated. More

I make an appointm So, I get a phone call from Greenway Ford telling me I have an important safety recall that needs to addressed as soon as possible. I make an appointment for the only day I have off and bring the truck in. I get checked in and start my wait for something that is supposed to be a quick fix (software update). I get a call after an hour and a half and the service rep says they dont have the software update. Why would you make an appointment if you dont have what is required to fix the issue. The service rep told me he was sorry, but come on this shouldnt have even happened. I wasted 2 hours of my life and the problem still isnt fixed. More

Loyal Customer Highly Disappointed with Recent Service We have an issue with the driver's side seat belt buckle on a 2016 Ford Escape where it will not latch, the service writer said it may or may not be We have an issue with the driver's side seat belt buckle on a 2016 Ford Escape where it will not latch, the service writer said it may or may not be a warranty item, but they can not let them drive the vehicle away but could offer them a rental which could be covered should the repair be warranty repair, but no guarantees until they are able to evaluate the seat belt buckle in further detail. They would not be able to do that anymore today (even though we have a 3:45pm appointment). That leaves the customer vulnerable to additional expenses pending mechanical evaluation and problem resolution. That is not a good way of doing business and is not the way a regular customer should be treated. The customer is backed into a corner with very few options. We have brought our vehicles (including my daughter's Chevy Captiva for an oil change and recently four brand new tires) to Greenway Ford for routine service for nearly 20 years and that may come to a conclusion if they can not provide better customer service. So it should go without saying, that continued poor service at this Ford dealership will adversely affect where we buy and have our vehicles serviced in the future. More
