POOR PERFORMANCE Not sure if he was having a bad day or what, but a sales person named Gabriel took his frustration out on my parents. They were helping my boyfriend Not sure if he was having a bad day or what, but a sales person named Gabriel took his frustration out on my parents. They were helping my boyfriend look for a car and told him their price range, he then continued to say that those prices don’t work and they need to get something more expensive. When they said well let’s see what there is, he showed a couple cars one that they were interested in, and when my mother asked for a copy of the paperwork he replied “why do you need it it won’t be here when you get back.” He disrespected my family and we have been long time buyers at greenway. He then shook hands angrily and didn’t even look at my parents in the eye and stormed off because he didn’t make a sale. Ridiculous. I took my car to get an oil change there the same day and was not greeted in the way I had hoped. Not a single smile and not a single update. An employee from the pep boys next door who came in for something was nicer to me then greenway employees. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and I know how people can be. But my family is the sweetest you’ll ever meet and were DOING A FAVOR by helping my boyfriend look for a car.... they couldn’t even get some respect, instead they were made to feel stupid. I don’t think I’ll buy from them again sadly. Thanks so much Gabriel. More
