Total Rip Off This dealership is a total rip off. They charged us $350.00 to run diagnostics. Wanted an additional $600 to secure the RCM, which in essence is tigh This dealership is a total rip off. They charged us $350.00 to run diagnostics. Wanted an additional $600 to secure the RCM, which in essence is tightening some bolts. Took to Wayne Ackers Ford and they charged $256 to fix the problem and that included diagnostics. I'm reporting Greenway to the Better Business Bureau and contacting Ford Motors directly. This is inexcusable. More
Great service First time going to this dealership. I made an appointment for service done on my suv. When I arrived Reggie greeted me but was unable to find my name First time going to this dealership. I made an appointment for service done on my suv. When I arrived Reggie greeted me but was unable to find my name on the list. Turns out they misspelled my last name. Thanks to Reggie he was able to find and fix the error. Reggie has a great attitude! He was able to get me in and out of the dealership. Overall great fast service. This will be my home dealership for sure! Reggie see ya next time (: More

RUN IF YOU CAN!! This was the absolute WORST experience I ever had getting a car. The TWO SALES PERSONS I HAD WERE ALAN AND VADIM if you can avoid them please do so... This was the absolute WORST experience I ever had getting a car. The TWO SALES PERSONS I HAD WERE ALAN AND VADIM if you can avoid them please do so... they will provide you false information just to sell you a car.... they will give you the run around!! I purchased a car about a month ago now... the first mistake.... as soon as I signed all paperwork for the car I was then told to go to auto zone for new battery because service department was closed.... ok cool... get the receipt bring it back to the dealer to be reimbursed.... it took me 3 weeks to get my check because ALAN THE SALES GUY PUT WRONG ADDRESS... (after I confirmed the address of course) two weeks after the window wouldn’t close all the way.... VADIM SECOND SALES GUY told me to bring the car in... once I bring the car in he said “you just have to close the door a little harder(second mistake) a week after that .... my sunroof completely stops working.... I was told bring to the lot... nothing has yet to be done... keep getting the run around... NOW BEING TOLD IM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR WHEN I ONLY HAD THE CAR TWO WEEKS.... PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALER!! They only care about commission. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! More

The problem was the only mechanic that can touch a hybri The service dept tried their best to help with a warranty part for my 2015 Ford C-Max hybrid. The problem was the only mechanic that can touch a hybrid system was severely overbooked. It took 8 days to put in a specialty part!!! I have not had service at any other Ford dealer so I cannot compare them. But I really wish they had 2 mechanics that could do this work. Maybe in a couple of years they will have more hybrid cars on the road. Then they will have to train more mechanics on these vehicles. More
