Did not actually fix anything. I went to this dealership because it was the closest one to where I live. I needed extended warranty work done (internal clutch), because an out of st I went to this dealership because it was the closest one to where I live. I needed extended warranty work done (internal clutch), because an out of state Ford dealer evaluated it and said it needed to be replaced. I try to show the official paperwork of the inspection, they say "we don't take outside inspections". First red flag. I leave my car to get it evaluated. I come back to them saying "we ran the tests, and all the numbers come back within the normal range". I know well by now that my car has had this problem since I got it, and wasting 2 weeks trying (and failing) to get it fixed. Oh well, I guess. More

Service Dept Window Replacement. While on vacation in Ga someone broke out the right rear passenger window on my new King Ranch Ford pickup truck. After returning home I drove my truck to Greenway Fords service Dept. for repairs. The factory glass was ordered and a few days later I received a call to set up and appointment. I arrived at the appointed time and in less than 3 hrs I was on my way. All the mess was cleaned and my new truck was made whole again. Mt service advisor was Reggie. This man bent over backwards to make the repair as seamless as possible. If and when I need service for my new truck Greenway will be my first choice! More
Post Recall Work Issues I took my 2014 Focus SE in for recall work. Part of the recall was for the fuel tank. I had not had any issues with the fuel system at all....until a I took my 2014 Focus SE in for recall work. Part of the recall was for the fuel tank. I had not had any issues with the fuel system at all....until after my recall work had been done. Now my car stalls after I drive it for a while and wont re-start for a few hours after it stalls. I called Service and got put on hold a few times and then finally was told they would call me back. That was a week ago and NOTHING. I want my car fixed right and I'm not paying $150 to have it looked at for an issue that was not present prior to them "fixing it". Anyway, I'm a pissed of customer who will more than likely never use them again. UPDATE: David reached out and will have my car Monday. I look forward to seeing what happens and will give a final update when it is all said and done. Thanks for contacting me David. More

One headache after another with dealership & Used Car I do not recommend this company. I was there for 5 hours - Finally we agreed on this 2015 Ford Edge and this car was supposed to be Certified. If a ca I do not recommend this company. I was there for 5 hours - Finally we agreed on this 2015 Ford Edge and this car was supposed to be Certified. If a car is certified, you would think everything would have been checked? First when purchasing the car, we agreed on one price monthly plus my trade in and 1,000. They allowed me to take home the car, which after i felt was a ploy to get you to buy the car no matter what they say when you return. The finance guy called me a few days later and asked me to give him a call. I did and he was not available, but the sales guy told me to come in to fill out some papers. When I arrived, I waited 2 hours to see someone in finance - meanwhile I heard them telling the next person their payments were going to be raised. When I finally got some help, the finance guy was saying in fact my payments were higher. I had to sit through 5 people trying to change my mind to accept the new monthly amount, which I had already told them the first day I would not. After hours again that night, they finally adjusted the difference - after me asking for my old car back many times and my down payment. I was supposed to get a call from the sales guy to bring it back for the coding on the window. However, still have not 3 months later. While just paying my 2nd payment now and my sunroof will not close. I took it in for service at 1 PM yesterday and was told it would possible be Friday before an update. Terri the service guy stated, he would call with an update yesterday and I did not receive it. I had to text him and ask for one. He then said they still had not looked at it. I texted again today since I have no car and he stated they had not looked at it yet and would let me know shortly. By 2 PM I got a TEXT to say it was the sunroof rails and those are not covered. It will cost $2,161.07. Shouldn't this be something talked about over the phone? I had to ask him to call me. Who has this money sitting around when they just put a down payment on a car that should have all be checked? Again, just into my 2nd payment and 3 months having the car. Your experience buying a new or used car should be exciting and I can't help but feel taken advantage of with a car now I can't even use the sunroof. Meanwhile this is one of the main reasons I purchased the car so my daughter could enjoy it also in the back seat. I am so dishearten when I experience my concerns and the service guy over the phone and he just asked if I wanted to be transferred to the sales manager. No one really cares about you once you give them your money. Needless to say, now I will have to keep my sunroof closed until I can fix it who knows when. Again just 3 months into having it. I will not purchase another Ford again especially from this location. More
