Ford Motor Company is very specific on the initial clutch shudder test required first in order to perform any repairs on your Focus. Ford designed faulty chrome covered lugnuts and spin and Ford designed faulty chrome lugnuts you have to chisel off. Greenway wants $150 to get the lugnuts off. This should be FREE. I won't go there again. T More

As we previously discussed, and as a courtesy, we frequently replace lug nuts at no expense to our loyal customers who repeatedly perform maintenance service at our dealership. As we have no repair history on your 2009 Fusion other than an airbag recall performed some time ago, you may want to discuss your concerns with the facility that performs your regular tire rotations.
