Very unhappy with the warranty service done for my vehicle. The technician did the bare minimum to complete a job and left vehicle dirty under the hood and in my interior which was detailed yesterday vehicle. At least put down paper on the floor mats after seeing they are clean. Battery terminals were completely corroded on a 17’ Mustang with 23k miles. Battery was found to be leaking and only negative terminal replaced because broke upon removal for new battery yet the positive side was “cleaned” rather than replaced because it didn’t break. Been waiting over 30min on a call back from a manager since no one was available to speak with. More
Extremely disappointed in service. I’ve had a two recurring issues since purchase, that were recently diagnosed. Each are now my expense to resolve, post warranty. Took my vehicle for a recall and service. Reginald (regie) was the assigned to me. Service was excellent, work on the car was great, and I was extremely satisfied. Customer Service was on point!!!! Took my 2019 F250 in for its first service, left with 1/2 filled DEF fluid low oil and a ruined experience. Zero excuses needed the service was unacceptable, advisor was not professional, lack of communicati filled DEF fluid low oil and a ruined experience. Zero excuses needed the service was unacceptable, advisor was not professional, lack of communication, service manager will argue with you vs try to mitigate your bad experience. Greenway Ford relies and prep's on a captive audience, you have options as a customer, I'd suggest giving another dealer your business, one that realizes the importance of their customer base! More
The dealership scheduling personnel for service were exceptional. They were curtious and kind and gave full details of time and location.
