Easiest car-buying experience ever! After finding the vehicle I liked online, Andrew Gaudette answered all of my questions. Since I was pre-approved for financing, Andrew was even able to give me my best vehicle I liked online, Andrew Gaudette answered all of my questions. Since I was pre-approved for financing, Andrew was even able to give me my best price before I even took time to head to dealership. Upon arriving there I saw that everything he said about the vehicle and the pictures were very accurate. Finance did a great job and found me a better rate than I was pre approved for which was a nice surprise. Even though I was also “speaking with” that dealership that advertises no dealer fees, the true out the door price for similar used vehicles was $3000 less at Greenway even though it was a year newer. Definitely recommend. More
As a loyal Greenway customer for the last six years and three vehicles it hurts me to say today was the WORST experience I have ever had at this dealership. In fact, it was the worst experience I have had three vehicles it hurts me to say today was the WORST experience I have ever had at this dealership. In fact, it was the worst experience I have had at any dealership. So I browsed the dealership about two weeks ago while my current vehicle was being serviced. I found several Explorers (love the Explorer), however, after an hour and no one attempting to assist me I left the dealership. When I got home, I looked online at their inventory and set-up an appointment with a salesman named Randy. Today, was my appointment where I met with Randy who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Explorers. I was upfront with Randy about my payment expectations, which he showed me several Explorers that would fit within what I wanted to pay per month. However, when the first finance gentleman came over with the numbers, the price of the vehicles had increased by $7000 on one and $10000 on the other one. The monthly payment was $300+ more per month and they wanted $1000+ down. When I explained with Randy present that we had already talked about my payment expectations, so Randy found these vehicle within the range I want to pay, and that the price of the vehicles on his paperwork was incorrect. The finance guy continued to interrupt me saying these are the numbers. At one point stated, these numbers depend on your relationship with Ford credit and if you made your payments on time. This commit was really uncalled for and unprofessional, I explained I have a great relationship with Ford credit, my credit score is in the high 800’s and I have never been late or missed a payment. Still don’t know why he would say such a thing. I stated I am not going to waste anymore time dealing with you since we’re not communicating due to your issue with listening and unprofessional comments At this time, I asked for my keys back to leave, the finance guy continued his tactics of trying to pull me into a making a horrible deal. I shook Randy’s hand, thanked him for his time, and requested my keys again. While waiting on my keys, another finance person in charge of the first gentleman, asked what are you trying to do? So I explained everything from my payment expectations, what vehicles Randy had found and their prices (all with Randy and the first finance guy standing right there). The second guy questioned the prices of the vehicle and stated no way, where are they. Even after Randy explained the pricing and showed the gentleman the information, he still refused to honor the price. At this point, I asked for my keys a third time which they finally handed to me. I thanked them and stated I have never been treated like this before, nor had vehicle pricing change from what the salesmen provided to the finance people, and I felt like they didn’t even care what I had to say or my expectations. Furthermore, they (finance people) didn’t even believe or care what their own salesmen had to say about the pricing and such. I understand I am only one person buying/leasing one vehicle from this dealership but I think everyone deserves to be treated with respect, honesty, and be heard. However, on this day none of that occurred with the finance people (numbers people), The only one that was professional was Randy. Later, I received a message from Randy apologizing for my experience. That speaks volumes about the experience. VERY DISSATISFIED LOYAL CUSTOMER. More

Needed emergency repairs and Greenway and Robbie did everything possible to get the car quickly fixed. This dealership treated us very well and the repairs appear to be well done.
