Joseph Libasci. Check with Jason, Troy and the Manager that was on duty at 5pm on Tuesday. More than likely, the problem is with the body shop, but I can’t be sure. I waited hours in your lobby after having a promise of my vehicle being done by 2:15. I drove my rental car back to Greenway from Palm Bay after being told, not once, but twice during the day (before leaving from the coast that it would be ready by 2:15. After getting there, I was told about 4 or 5 times that “it will be ready in a few minutes”. Not! Not only did I waste a good part of my day, not only did I have to pay for a rental, but due to the lies I missed a very important meeting at my church that I planned for months ago and was in charge of. So much frustration, you have no idea what that wait in the lobby was like with promise after promise being missed or dropped. Even the very nice manager I spoke with said when asked “it’s being rolled out of the Bay now” only to wait another 45 minutes before it arrived. It wasn’t cleaned and the fuel was not topped off as promised. Also, the front plate and bracket that was to be mounted, wasn’t. Big surprise! Did I justify my negative review Sir?

Mr. Labasci - I certainly apologize for the delay in having your vehicle ready. As you surmised, we were at the mercy of the body shop and were relaying what we were told, which turned out to be inaccurate. My understanding is that your tank was full when the vehicle was ready for you to go and that it had been cleaned. I was also told that there was a front bracket on the vehicle.
