Service Dept - Service was ok. Communication was poor. Scheduled appointment for 1 PM, arrived at 1 to do a safety recall on vehicle and tire rotations. Said it would take "a couple hours" initially, so I chose not to wait. I said I could pick up next day. Next day at 10 AM I had not heard from anyone so I called. They had not even started on my truck. Was finally ready at 4 PM. As far as I can tell at this point the work was satisfactory, but the communication on all this was poor. If you are backed up so much that you can't even start on my vehicle until a day later just tell me that so I'm not without a truck while it just sits in your service lot. I should not have to call to check status a day later when it was already supposed to be ready. More

Your communication stinks. I was told my car should be ready by noon on Thursday. I got no call and had to check on it at EOD and was told It s/b ready Friday morning. I go no call and when I checked agai ready by noon on Thursday. I got no call and had to check on it at EOD and was told It s/b ready Friday morning. I go no call and when I checked again at EOD was told Neal was gone and It’s not ready but probably tomorrow. Neal called at about 7:15AM Saturday saying it’s ready! NOT GOOD🤬 More
