Where to begin. I think they sold me a lemon. For a new truck with less than 7,ooo miles to have to be in the shop this many times is ridiculous and frustrating. I still have issues, but every issue requir truck with less than 7,ooo miles to have to be in the shop this many times is ridiculous and frustrating. I still have issues, but every issue requires a separate appointment. And they keep it a secret that they will cover the rental car for warranty issues which all of mine are. I ended up paying for the rental car the first time then found out they would cover it. The service department and body shop are like 2 separate countries that don't communicate and require separate appointments for the body shop guy to even take a look at the factory paint blemish and make a suggestion. So frustrating. I have had 3 ford trucks but this may be my last. More

Service Dept - Service was ok. Communication was poor. Scheduled appointment for 1 PM, arrived at 1 to do a safety recall on vehicle and tire rotations. Said it would take "a couple hours" initially, s Scheduled appointment for 1 PM, arrived at 1 to do a safety recall on vehicle and tire rotations. Said it would take "a couple hours" initially, so I chose not to wait. I said I could pick up next day. Next day at 10 AM I had not heard from anyone so I called. They had not even started on my truck. Was finally ready at 4 PM. As far as I can tell at this point the work was satisfactory, but the communication on all this was poor. If you are backed up so much that you can't even start on my vehicle until a day later just tell me that so I'm not without a truck while it just sits in your service lot. I should not have to call to check status a day later when it was already supposed to be ready. More
