I lost about $5K in less than 24hr. I went to buy a F-150 used truck believing in their introductory presentation that all their truck are inspected and they don’t sale unsafe trucks. My experience after buy used truck believing in their introductory presentation that all their truck are inspected and they don’t sale unsafe trucks. My experience after buying a $36K F-150 was worst than a Mom and Pop dealer shop. The next day after purchasing the truck I found out that the truck was not safe to drive. I took the truck back to the dealer shop and the safety issue persist. After arguing with used cars sales manager (horrible customer service) they accept to trade in the truck. I lost $5K plus the difference to get a more expensive truck because I didn’t want to loose my money a possibly my life with a UNSAFE Truck. More
