I lost about $5K in less than 24hr. I went to buy a F-150 used truck believing in their introductory presentation that all their truck are inspected and they don’t sale unsafe trucks. My experience after buying a $36K F-150 was worst than a Mom and Pop dealer shop. The next day after purchasing the truck I found out that the truck was not safe to drive. I took the truck back to the dealer shop and the safety issue persist. After arguing with used cars sales manager (horrible customer service) they accept to trade in the truck. I lost $5K plus the difference to get a more expensive truck because I didn’t want to loose my money a possibly my life with a UNSAFE Truck. More
