The experience with the salesperson was fine. A month before purchasing I ran into the dealership and ask for a brochure on the Taurus. Farrukh was nice enough to go to the back and get me one. He had the car there for us to test drive. He was knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer, he found out for me. I may have been able to make a better deal elsewhere,but I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to help. I am usually very sceptical when it comes to getting my car serviced or looked at by the dealer but have been pleasantly surprized by Greenway Ford since I bought my truck there.
