Lie to your face Hid known defects on a used car. After much effort on my part, they switched out the lemon for a less valuable car with it's own issues. One was a cr Hid known defects on a used car. One was a cracked windshield they promised would be fixed lickety split. 3 weeks later, after I harrassed its getting fixed. I was told it would be done in an hour. They have now kept me here waiting 3 hours, refusing to give me a ride or a loaner car...well they said they would get me a loaner car, an hour ago. More

Wish they’d honor We Owe contracts, and actually do a full inspection on vehicles before they sell them. I hope everyone has a way better experience then I did. I’ve not even had my car a week and I’m on my 5th loaner car and have been argued with up one side and down another over wanting the stuff fixed in the We Owe contract. The manager there I believe his name is Tim should have better customer service skills. More
