I leased a 2011 Maxima here and had a heinous experience as they bought my 2008 Altima back and never paid it off to the bank in time. I was put into collections and it took some time to fight that off my credit report. Left a really bad taste in my mouth but I really did enjoy dealing with Veda, so I figured I'd give it another shot. My Maxima was well over the allotted lease mileage and had some wear and tear that was clearly billable, but Veda worked out a great deal for my next Nissan. I had done my due diligence and checked my options with two other Nissan dealerships (Huntington and Hudson) before coming back here, so I was confident they were giving me a good deal. One annoying thing was that I was told my first payment was included in the down payment and only found out it wasn't seven hours later in the finance manager's office. They had a really modern digital setup for paperwork, but I couldn't fully appreciate it because I was fuming inside. At that point you're so tired of being there you'll do anything to leave. We split the difference. Eh. Annoyed at that now. Would have given five stars on price if it weren't for that. Once again, my post-sale experience with the dealership was the issue here. I had reoccurring payments on my Maxima, which I forgot to cancel, so it pulled from my checking account one extra month. When I called NMAC (10 days after I bought the car), they didn't even know Great Neck Nissan had taken my Maxima back, and could not help me. They told me that "this was not normal and to check with Great Neck Nissan," to see what was going on. Yeah, because that's what I want to do with my leisure time. Anyway, this just got resolved this past week ... which makes it about seven weeks after the fact. So, keep that in mind if you're in a return or trade-in situation. Won't come back to Great Neck Nissan at the end of this lease if Veda's not here. More
Poor customer service on "lemon" 2013 certified pre owned. I bought Altima for $20k. Certified pre-owned. 2013. Under 8 K miles. Wanted car that would not have service issues. Took car in 6 months later for flat tire (covered) and decided to do free oil change. Had my teenage son take car in and told him all is covered. They found I needed over $1,000 worth of work including brakes. NEVER CALLED ME. Told my son to sign bill. I had told him everything was covered so he did not think much about it. They never swiped my card. They had my teenage son sign. And now I have a $1000 bill on my credit card. They blame my son. They were extremely rude. They threatened to call the police (6th precinct) actually had phone in their hand, to have my son arrested for "fraudulent" use of my credit card!! I don't even believe this story as I tell it. Two issues-- one, why did my 6 mo old car need $1000 worth of work anyway when car is used to drive around small town. Second extremely rude and threatening staff when myself and my husband went to speak to head of dealer Stacey Baron. And joe Miele the pre-owned manager. Please be very careful when dealing with great neck nissan. Still trying to sort out this mess. But they never called me to authorize repairs and I own the car. And they never were in possession of my credit card. And they threatened to have my teenage boy arrested. And I still have 1,000 bill. More

He was great! Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, and made the entire experience very stress-free and comfortable, and we got a great deal on top of it! We came in and drove away with our new vehicle the same day, in only a couple of hours! The entire process was great, and we strongly recommend this dealership. Ask for Adolfo! More

When I call with questions, she is there to answer, or returns my calls quickly. I would normally be apprehensive about any dealership, but look forward to working with Veda or any of the Great Neck Nissan dealers when my lease is up! More
