I pride myself for spending a lot of time researching so I knew what the truck should sell for. My negotiations were with Joe Mele. He cut to the chase and gave me an exceptional offer. I accepted the offer. But was skeptical because I still needed to finance the truck. That experience was just as straight forward. The sales person Ivy Feinsilver did all the leg work and she was exceptional. I suggest you ask for her. But my gut is telling this dealership hires great people. Here is the bottom line. You are going to get a great price and be treated like you are their most important customer. I do not lease. I only buy and this experience was and continues to be great. More

We were also introduced to Sal Amendola the Sales Manager and he was amazing as well and gave us a great deal and he had the car delivered to us in no time!!..Same day...during Rush hour!! He was very up front and honest regarding our options!! In the end..we dealt with Mr. Chang Kiyoo who finalized everything for us and made it a very quick and smooth process and had us in the car ready to drive in no time!! 2nd attempt I tried to purchase an altima several years back from this dealership under different sales people. The sales guys at the time played all sorts of numbers games and sales pressure tactics. I ended up purchasing from star nissan at the time. I live in great neck and figured I would try again. This time the sales guy was more friendly and honest I felt so we got off to a better start. I had a trade in this time and I was going for a promotional lease from nissan so there would be less games for them to play. I had a trade in this time and the offer was less than half of what kbb had for a trade in value. kbb had it for about 11k and thier first offer was 5k which was unbelievable. The manager came by and ratcheted up the hard sales tactics after that. He used the low inventory tactic if I want the car I want followed by I can't do wholesale on the lease and the trade in. Translation is I have to take big advantage of you on one of the 2, I can't just make a reasonable honest profit on both. If you are going in for a predefined special and you can get it go for it but be carefully of any situation where you will need to negotiate for an upgrade or a trade in. They will take you if your not on your game. We do use them for service on our existing car which we have been happy woth. Good luck! David More

Wow! So much better than Star Nissan I was looking to trade in my Maxima for a 2015 Murano. I made the mistake of going to Star Nissan first because it was closer to where I lived. I felt like I was being interrogated. They made me wait for every question I had and just didn't seem to value my business. I almost gave up on a Nissan entirely until I gave Great Neck Nissan a call. I spoke to a guy name Jordan who gave me a positive vibe that they'd find a way to get me my car no matter what. He introduced me to Adolfo Rodriguez who confirmed that with his relentless effort to reach a deal with me. Within a week Adolfo got me a great deal for my old car and now I'm lounging in my new 2015 Murano. The finance guy Chang got me a great apr and the transaction went smooothly. Great to deal with Leased a 2015 Rogue. Dealing with Sal and Vinnie was a pleasure. Fair negotiations, no high pressure at all. When I drove the car home, noticed that Leased a 2015 Rogue.
