very customer friendly John C ...brought in my 2010 for a fuel gauge sensor failure ...my first time at this dealership..Mr. Wilson Bermudez was very courteous & professiona John C ...brought in my 2010 for a fuel gauge sensor failure ...my first time at this dealership..Mr. Wilson Bermudez was very courteous & professional ..told me the procedure to diagnose the problem ..explained what parts needed to be replaced ..plus I needed new wipers and oil changed at no cost .. ..Mr Bermudez arranged for me to have a loner car for the morning while my car was in the shop ..I was so impressed with the service here I looked to upgrade my car ..met Mr Vincenzo Falzarano and he helped me with a test drive in a 2015 Murano ..I will return early next week and will probably buy this car here. both gentleman were very friendly and extended me every courtesy ..also met the Manger Sal ...and was just as courteous as his staff.. thanks again for a stress free appointment. Traded my car in to Great Neck Nissan, they payed my lease off. The bank turned around and added a surcharge to me, Sy Mazza. I called the bank to find out what this was and I was told the lease was not completely paid off. Great Neck Nissan did not hesitate for a second to get on the phone with the bank and research the problem. In spite of them paying my lease off, they turned around and wrote an additional check to finalize my payoff. They did not have to do this. This is a tremendous Company and I would recommend them to anyone of my friends, family or colleges. Thank you very much Great Neck Nissan!! More

Met Dennis a few months earlier for a 2015 Nissan Murano, Was just shopping at that time and have been to 3 other Nissan Dealers prior visiting Great Met Dennis a few months earlier for a 2015 Nissan Murano, Was just shopping at that time and have been to 3 other Nissan Dealers prior visiting Great Neck. Dennis was very accommodating and patient. Was very satisfied at that visit then and 2 months later went back to him with my Wife to Lease a 2015 Murano.
