Don’t trust this dealer Purchased a vehicle and was told that I couldn’t take it to get inspected. Was told they did an inspection and there were no problems. On the way home from the dealer, I get a warning light. Took it back the next day for their mechanic to look at. Kept it for a week and told me it was just a warning and nothing wrong. Continued to get the warning more frequently so took it to a dealer. It needs the transfer case replaced. Minimum of $5000 More

AVOID Gravity Autos Marietta I wish I could give a -5 rating. This company doesn’t deserve 1 star. I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this place. The vehicle was beautifu I wish I could give a -5 rating. This company doesn’t deserve 1 star. I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this place. The vehicle was beautiful a sand white 2012 Porsche Cayenne with luxor beige interior. First the dealership had the car priced $1000 higher than Cargurus and several other sites. After bringing it to their attention, they took $1000 off the asking price, which is fair, however, they claimed to be unaware of this... Anyhow, the car turned out to be a shell. A beautiful shell, I must admit, but a shell nevertheless. After having the car serviced by Porsche, it turns out that the engine needed to be replaced, which would cost almost as much as the purchase price of the vehicle. Luckily for me, the financing company had not financed it yet or I would have been stuck with the vehicle. The Rep who was rushing me to get it financed, stated those exact words. This leads me to believe that they knew the condition of this vehicle... The Carfax is clean (CARFAX is VERY, VERY UNRELIABLE), but the engine is shot and part of the front end has been glued on. I didn’t notice the damage to the vehicle because they kept me there until it got dark and then allowed me to test drive the vehicle. When I asked about the sound of the engine the next day, the mechanic assured me it was just bad gas from the previous owner. Also, they would never allow me to start the vehicle, the salesman kept flying around the parking lot in the vehicle and when I was finally able to ask him questions, he pretended to be oblivious to their schemes. Another mechanic, not a Gravity Autos Marietta mechanic, very untrustworthy nevertheless (mechanic and used car salesman as well), said it just needed an oil change, but the actual Porsche dealer said that poor maintenance was kept on the car and that the engine had to be replaced, it couldn’t be fixed, if it was to be fixed, it would just tear up again. The vehicle has been wrecked, though, the Carfax does not show this! Hence the front-end underhanded repair and damage to the right muffler. The tires were worn from snow and the wrong breaks are installed on the vehicle. The VIN no. is WP1AA2A2XCLA01591. Do not buy this vehicle, it is a lemon!! Not to mention, they kept going up on my down payment, they quoted me a high down payment and when I agreed, they said it wouldn’t come to that much, but when I got to the financer (has the worst attitude by the way, a short, little, slick, fast-talking, con-artist snake) he kept trying to get me to add all of this coverage and protection, which would have ended up equaling out to what was originally quoted. This was a terrible experience, but since the finance company hadn’t financed it yet, the agreement was null and void! Red flags should have went up when they kept hiding the vehicle, so that it would be warmed up and the knocking of the engine quieted when the vehicle was finally in front of me and trying to rush everything, (i.e., insurance, work verification, etc). Thank God! This bullet was dodged... I do not know why I am surprised to see that the vehicle is back on the company website. “DO NOT PURCHASE THIS VEHICLE, VIN NO.: WP1AA2A2XCLA01591, IT IS A LEMON!” Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you would like to see the diagnostic report from HennessyPorsche! (Gravity Autos Marietta has a copy of the report as well). I don’t know why People just won’t do the right thing! I will never patronize this organization again and I will make sure everyone that I know never, ever does business with an organization such as this!!! They know that they’ve lost money on this vehicle and that it needs to be crushed...
