Range Rover Purchase a 2011 Range Rover for 25,000. The tires were dry rotten and the pumps are leaking internal so the truck is working hard to stay up. In shop less than a month after purchase don’t buy any luxury cars from these people. The sell looks only. Took it back it was shaking so bad you shake in your seat they claim they aligned it but how can you align it one side is lower than the other. Poor management of inventory of quality. Less than at month out of 4,500 dollars. Don’t buy the warranty they will not pay everything will be pre existing. Warranty would not pay for the repairs because the issues were listed on the truck’s VIN As issues for repair. Will be look at a lawyer. More

They had no problem with me taking the car to a dealer to perform a pre-buy inspection, and the car was as clean as could be expected given the age. Customer Service Lacking Just bought a 2014 Mercedes E350 2-dr coupe from them. Matthieu our salesperson was very helpful. Darrell our finance rep was a tremendous help, ver Just bought a 2014 Mercedes E350 2-dr coupe from them. Matthieu our salesperson was very helpful. Darrell our finance rep was a tremendous help, very thorough and very nice. The 2 front wheels and rims on the car were bent and I called them and brought the car in. I was sent across the street to a tire place because they said the tires needed to be balanced. The tech there showed me where the wheels were bent on both side. I took the car back to Gravity and Darrell, the finance rep, is the one who helped me to get this situation resolved. Jay, the manager, appeared to be "bothered" by my request that they fix or replace the wheels. I was told to call back to speak to Jay, the service manager, who wasn't in that day. I called back and was told to bring the car in and to leave it for 3 days because their tire person comes during the week. My husband noticed the back driver side tire was warped and we showed this to Matthieu. I brought the car in on a Wednesday and left it. I called back on Friday to see when I could pick the car up and was told they had sent the wheels out and that they would be back that evening. I asked about the back tire and was informed by Jay, service manager, that they were fixing the wheels and replacing the back tire as a "courtesy", but that they had replaced it. Both Jays' attitudes were back and they lack customer service skills. I will never go to Gravity Autos Marietta. I only went to Gravity because the owner where I take my 2007 Mercedes E350 to be serviced recommended that I purchase from their Chamblee dealership. I assumed it was the same ownership but was told by Matthieu that they had different owners. Only reason I gave a 2 in customer service is because of Darrell and Matthieu or I would have given 0 stars if I could. Also, the back tire that was replaced is still bad. I will take my car to my service guy to check the car out and the tire. More

Very Happy with the Purchase I originally saw the vehicle on the website. I called the dealership and talked with Ghaith, the sales representative. Ghaith sent me an application for financing and I completed it. The rest is history! I was approved for financing and Ghaith was able to make the purchase procedure happen quickly. Don't trust the people here Went in to buy a specific truck we wanted that couldn't be found anywhere else. The sales person was friendly (Josh N) and so was the sales manager. H Went in to buy a specific truck we wanted that couldn't be found anywhere else. The sales person was friendly (Josh N) and so was the sales manager. However the car buying process was a mess. They get all their vehicles from an auction up north in either Pennsylvania or Canada. Then they sell it to you without being willing to negotiate. They low balled us for the car we were trading in. And to top it off no one knew how to do their job as far as taxes are concerned. We are military, not GA residents and didn't know anything about whether we should pay ad valorem tax or not. Last, when I went to sign papers they didn't even tell me what I was signing. We were there all day and it was just miserable. I don't trust these people and would never recommend it to anyone. They don't have a warranty on the used vehicles. So if anything goes wrong with our truck we are screwed. Also, the bathroom was a mess and had urine all over the toilet seat. The manager had food stains on his clothes. Just plain sloppy.... More
