We recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and I must say, it has been a complete nightmare! In just three short months, we have been stranded on the side of the road twice, once in Texas and and I must say, it has been a complete nightmare! In just three short months, we have been stranded on the side of the road twice, once in Texas and the second in Georgia where the vehicle still remains to this day. To make matters worse the General Sales Manager ROY OLIVO was rude and obnoxious, refusing to help in anyway, and the General Manager BRANDON BUEHLMAN has refused to even speak with us about our concerns. But that’s not even the worst part. When we purchased the vehicle, we were sold an extended warranty that turned out to be worthless. They gave us no options and told that they sold us what “made the most sense”. To who because it was not the best option for us. Now we are left with a hefty $11,000 bill for a new engine that should be covered. I cannot express my disappointment and frustration enough with this dealership. It is clear that they care more about making a sale then providing their customers with reliable and honest service. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this dealership at all costs!!!!!!!! More
